The facilities at the course venues have to meet the strict criteria of The American College of Surgeons before it can be approved to host a course. At present there are only three venues approved for the ATLS courses in the UAE:

1. Department of Surgery, Faculty of Medicine  & Health Sciences, UAE University, Al Ain.

2. Fujairah Hospital, Fujairah.

3. Shaikh Khalifa Medical City, Abu Dhabi.
